Sculpture 1 : UNDER THE FLESH
Media: Steel
Dimensions: 60in X 30in X 30in
$11500
Under the Flesh examines the modern human experience with technology. From the insatiable desire we have with screens to the often heroic and life saving placement of technology in modern life, one thing is certain: humans and technology are tethered. Good or bad, inclining or declining, the sculpture aims to elevate the topic. The contrast of the smooth and primal red surface with the gritty mosaic of tools results in a pleasing amalgamation that will elevate the pulse of downtown Moab.
Sculpture 2 : ERUPTION
Media: Stone and Steel
Dimensions: 38in X 28in X 20in
$10785
ERUPTION is an abstract and mixed-media sculpture that bursts with energy, movement, and feeling. Drawing from the bulging cumulus form or the blast of steam and gas produced by a volcano, the sculpture represents that fleeting moment of simultaneous awe and terror. ERUPTION speaks to the relatable feeling of an explosion, not only in nature, but squirming beneath our own mental mountains. Carved in Marble, Colorado from Colorado Yule Marble.
